I cannot recommend Kim highly enough. She is incredibly dedicated and professional. She managed to find me a property off market after 3 weeks and handled everything, from property valuations to organising removalist's. Im very time poor at the moment so it was so nice to have someone who you can trust to take charge of the whole purchase process. Thank you Kim and Alex for your hard work.

Being a selling agent in the real estate industry I have know Kim of Trelease & Associates for sometime. Kim always came across as accomplished, knowledgeable and driven. I have just recently worked with her in a property transaction in Waverton and now know she is much more. Kim is a true real estate professional who acts within the best interest of her clients but is respectful of my duty as a selling agent. Kim secured a quality property pre-market for her client, who had been searching for over 12 months. If your looking for a great buyers agent talk to Kim, you wont be disappointed.

Could not recommend Kim enough!!! She made buying a property overseas seamless. She really does take on all the stress and headaches of searching, organizing, coordinating the whole process. She was able to tick off all our requirements and criteria and just went beyond in her service – due diligence, organising architects and builders . We were able to secure a property less than 2 months in this absolutely crazy market. She is extremely professional, honest, hardworking, organized and just on top of her game. We’re beyond happy that we chose Kim and Trelease.

Transparent, honest and fights hard for her clients!

I had the pleasure of working with Kim on a sale and at all times she was transparent, honest and professional. Dealing with many buyers agents, often at times communication can breakdown costing people from moving forward however dealing with Kim the communication was clear and direct from the start, honest and transparent and she fought very hard to save her clients every dollar. If you are thinking of buying and need assistance, you would be doing yourself a complete disservice if you do not speak with Kim.

We engaged Kimberley Ackerman as our buyers agent to help us find a property in the Inner West in a very short timeframe, somewhere we could settle before having our first child. She immediately took all of the stress off our plate and completely understood our wants and needs from the outset. We never imagined it would be possible to exchange on a property within 2 weeks, let alone somewhere within our budget and with an early settlement! But Kim never wavered in her positive enthusiasm and the ability to keep us updated and informed every step of the way. We can't rate Kimberley highly enough.

Thank you so much Kim for being our miracle worker!!

After navigating the property market for some time, my partner suggested we enlist the help of a buyer’s agent to assist with securing a property in Sydney’s competitive market. Admittedly I was quite apprehensive about the entire process and under the assumption that we could do everything they were and it was merely an excessive expense. We were searching for a new home in the inner west for our growing family with a criteria most others were after as well – lots of parks, good schools and family friendly neighbourhood.

From the first meeting with Kim I immediately felt like our prayers could finally be answered and it was true. She was a godsend. Kim was patient, attentive and explained the entire process to us with the utmost of detail and transparency. She spent time finding out what both my partner and I separately liked about each house and provided short lists that fit our criteria. It took the stress and emotion out of purchasing a home. We could always rely on Kim for her honest advice about each property and appreciated her expertise about capital growth and never pressured us to make a hasty decision. Her due diligence and follow up with all stakeholders was exemplary where we would leave it in her very capable hands and wait for her message at any hour of the night to keep us informed.

When it finally came to ‘the one’ it took a 5 minute walk through for me to go through it, say ‘yep this is the one let’s get Kim on it’ and then one week later after protracted negotiations, Kim was able to secure the property for us. Her expertise and service continued well after this date and whilst we’re happy to have secured a property we are sad to not be in daily conversation with her. Kim’s dedication and professionalism is second to none. She is a fantastic buyers agent and we have no hesitation in recommending her services for anyone wanting to secure a property. Her fee is definitely seen as an investment rather than expense given her knowledge and skills and we are looking forward to all the new memories to be made in our new home.

Kim was excellent. She explained the process to us every step of the way, and was available 24/7, ensuring no stone was left unturned. After searching for so long by ourselves, and being unsuccessful, it was a relief to have someone in our corner who knew what they were doing and take the pressure off us. Huge thanks to Kim and the team.

Trelease were fantastic to work with from the beginning right to the end of the process. We worked with Kimberley who is very detailed and transparent in her work which made us trust her judgments at all stages in the process. She is realistic and clear in her communication which ensured that all due diligence was being done.

At our very first meeting, they told us we would be buying a property within 12 weeks and at that point we were feeling deflated from going to auctions week after week. With Trelease, we bought a property within 4 weeks which would not have happened if we did it on our own.

I would recommend Trelease to anyone who wants to buy a property and needs the inside knowledge in how to navigate the property market without all the stress.

We highly recommend Kimberley's service if you are in the market to purchase a property via a buyer's agent. We're very happy with the end result of Kim's hard work to find us a property purchase that met our criteria. Kim has been very patient to understand our specific requirements but at the same time offered advice and insights to challenge our views with our interest in mind.

Kimberly has a wealth of knowledge, expertise and connections and has made the whole process of purchasing a property both effortless and without any stress.
From initial consulting period right through to post settlement, both Kimberly has gone above and beyond our expectations offering a consistent high level of service.
Purchasing my first property, Kimberly made the process very easy and kept me informed of each steps of the journey. She understood what I was after and presented me with all the relevant contacts such as seller agents, council, builders and other agents not only to find me places which match my criteria but only to get the information I was after.
When considering a buyer's agent, Kimberly is the type of reliable and experienced agent that will work on your behalf and get things done.

Kimberley was excellent at understanding our requirements, narrowing our search, providing unbiased guidance on the properties we viewed (which we viewed over 50), and even provided third-party guidance (bringing in architects and builders to view the property) before we purchased. The best example is when Kimberly found our property, we closed the deal after it was on the market for four days - in that time Kimberley organised two inspections for us and an architect to physically view the property and provide a viability report on the potential renovations we wanted to complete on the property. Great service, would highly recommend Kimberley.
