We had a very specific brief targeting a small pocket of three tightly held suburbs in Sydney’s inner west. Kim’s methodical and thorough approach to finding us the perfect home was impressive from the get go. The process took longer than we all expected but at no time did we ever feel pressure by Kim to see something that wasn’t right or push forward with an option just so she could “get the job done”, her focus was always about finding us the right home. Utilising her network of contacts, alongside a street by street analysis and door knocking, we eventually found “the one” off market via one of her close agency contacts. She worked fast and pushed hard to get it across the line for us and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Kim, we are so excited for our new family home.

Kim recently helped my brother and sister-in-law purchase an investment property at a great price (probably well below market value). As my brother's broker, Kim was fantastic to work with and I really hope we get to work together again soon.

Kim is honestly one of the hardest working agent's going around. Her communication and guidance were very much appreciated. Especially being first home buyers we found her knowledge of the market and connections in the industry gave us an advantage in sealing the deal! Kim was meticulous in her preparation and due diligence. No stone was left unturned!

Kim is an incredible buyer's agent and I would recommend her to anyone. As a first home buyer, Kim patiently guided me through the process from start to finish and co-ordinated all parties involved (broker, solicitor, real estate agent etc.) to ensure a smooth transaction. Even after the deal was done, Kim continued to stay in contact and ensure everything was progressing smoothly. After seeing a property via a video taken by Kim, I attended a viewing in person at 10am, completed a thorough due diligence process during the day, to then exchange contracts that evening. Without Kim I wouldn’t have had a chance in getting this property or at the price she negotiated. I should also note that both the real estate agent and broker commended Kim for her meticulous work and professionalism throughout. I would recommend her to anyone that asked and am keen to stay in contact so that she can help me with my next purchase sometime in the future. Thank you so much Kim!

I've been working with Kim for as long as I've been a Mortgage Broker and she never fails to meet my expectations of what a great Buyer's Agent should be like; Professional, Diligent, Knowledgeable and the list goes on. Recently, I had a client approach me to purchase her first home in the area Kim specializes in. No second thoughts, I referred her straight to Kim who accepted her with open arms, just like she does with every single client of hers. This client was almost on the verge of proceeding with a different buyer's agent prior to meeting Kim, although, I'm certain the above mentioned traits cemented her decision to make Kim her Buyer's Agent. Highly Recommended!

We just wanted to sing the praises of your buyer's agent Kim.
From the moment we rang (after being referred by a real estate agent friend of our daughters) we felt comfortable, looked after, positive and looking forward to the journey.
Kim is so professional yet caring. She went out of her way to find us a property to purchase but with the rampaging Sydney market, we were finding it challenging to find a property we liked and that would be suitable.
This process focused us on our long term plan that works for us. We have secured a rental for the next year and will be looking at an apartment off the plan
Kim is a gem. We are happy to be a referee for using a buyers agent ....if they are all as fabulous as Kim

After a couple of years of an on / off again search for a property we enlisted the help of Kim and her Assistant Alex to help us find our 'forever family home' and we are so grateful that our paths crossed - they really are the dream team and we could not recommend them more highly!

Their attention to detail, patience, transparency, work ethic and professionalism was so impressive and really helped remove the stress and emotion out of the whole process. We could always rely on Kim for an honest and informed perspective and appreciated the significant work behind the scenes to ensure we had all the relevant information to be in a position to make a decision and ultimately execute on a winning strategy come auction day.

She continues to go above and beyond as we move towards settlement and we can't wait to move in to our new home!

When we met Kim we were stressed about finding a property in a limited time frame. From the first meeting it was obvious that Kim would be able to help us. She is professional, has a great knowledge of the Sydney market and a great communicator. We were thrilled with the result of our search and the whole process was managed meticulously by Kim.
We would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a buyer’s agent.
  Thanks Kim

A mutual client (who our firm was representing) was desperate to find the right apartment in Bondi and engaged Kimberley, who proved to be invaluable. She worked quickly, efficiently and effectively to get a great outcome for the client.

Kimberley and I shared a mutual client together. She was very responsive, works hard and late after hours, and we worked together to get the deal across the line for the client despite her being tied up that evening without another auction. Would highly recommend if you need a buyer's agent who will do everything they can for their client to get the result when needed, even if this means sacrificing personal time. She truly does place her own clients' needs above her own. Well done and thank you for the hard work.
