  Finding a property in Sydney around Christmas time? Without Kim we would still be looking. Kim navigated our tight budget, limited options, challenging vendors and strata reports the size of Texas with calm expertise. I’m not sure how she did it but everything fell into place.   Where do I start? Kim was a God-send! My Husband and I had been looking solidly for over 3 months and were getting nowhere! I always wanted to engage a Buyer’s Agent but thought it would be too expensive & that we could do it on our own. What I didn’t realise was that Kim ended up saving us over 5 x times her fee, probably more (which was worth every cent and then some). Not to mention her invaluable expertise, advice, and knowledge. Oh, and it was actually a fun process that saved us our time & sanity. I researched Buyer’s agents and read Kim’s reviews and thought, if she can live up to one of these I’d be happy. Truth is she exceeded every review combined. Kim is an ethical, warm, caring, intelligent and astute Agent that always had our best interests at heart. We never felt rushed or pressured. Her methodical process and the amount of work that her and her team did to make sure they had everything covered, was outstanding. We didn’t have to lift a finger, Kim was all over it and found us our perfect place within 4 weeks!!   The thing to realise about buying a house is that it is a field that requires deep expertise.
  
  You have to have the skill in finding a property, knowing what it's worth, understanding how it rates against other, similar properties in the area, knowing what developments are planned, negotiating prices and arranging for the cohort of professions you might need throughout and beyond your purchase.
  
  In my case, I had none of these skills and no time to develop them. Retaining Kim meant that I didn't have to and now have a property I couldn't have imagined being able to afford and hope to live in for a long time.
  
  Kim had every opportunity to make her money and move on and I would have called it a great experience, but she proved her integrity and thoroughness at every step of the way and stayed with us far beyond any reasonable expectation of service.
  
  She is one of the few people you can trust in a field full of untrustworthy people, and if you want to buy a property you probably can't afford not to have her.
