  Wedding Guest Makeup

  Melanie did my make up and hair for my cousin's Indian wedding Ceremony on a hot July morning for a 4:30 PM Barat (grooms entrance with his family). I've never felt prettier! She did an amazing job, and I am a picky client. I usually do my own hair and makeup because in the past, make up artists have ignored my requests and I've been left feeling uglier than my bare face. But Melanie not only listened to all of my concerns, she truly truly made me feel like a bombshell. Part of my concerns have been the after effects of getting make up done. Like false lashes gorilla glued to were it rips your real lashes off when you try to remove them or acne from unsanitary brushes. Or lashes that start lifting half way through the event. Ugh. Not with Melanie though, i slept in my make up because i refused to wash off the artistry or take the pretty lashes off. Everything stayed in place all day and night until the next morning. No break outs, lost lashes or damaged hair the next day and that was really important to me. I received so many compliments at the event, I had no idea what to do with myself. Lol including from the bride herself! I can't wait to work with her again! Best of all she is truly a doll! So kind and caring! Seriously can't wait for the next event.

  Punjabi Pre-wedding glam

  I booked Melanie for some of my pre-wedding events for my Punjabi wedding and she killed it! Melanie did not need any guidance and knew what would look best on me and knew everything else that went along with being a Punjabi bridal. I had full faith in her and she delivered, even beyond my expectations! Along with her skills, Melanie brings such a fun vibe and makes you feel at ease with all the chaos around you.   Punjabi wedding glam

  I’ve never had my hair and makeup done professionally so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But as soon as I met Melanie I fell in love. She made me feel so comfortable and heard. The cherry on top was how fun and funny she is! She understood my Punjabi culture and was super knowledgeable about the placement of my cultural jewelry and clothes.   The BEST. Period.

  I found Melanie on IG and knew I had to book her. From the initial reach out to the trial, I knew she was my person and could trust her with my hair and makeup, so much so that I added glam for my mom also. Melanie is so real, the master of soft glam, and incredibly meticulous - she took her time to make sure everything was perfect but somehow was still ahead of schedule for 4 services. I’m usually a greasy mess by the end of the day and have stubborn hair that almost never holds, but her hair and makeup wore like iron from 6 in the morning to midnight with no retouches throughout a busy wedding day! Getting ready also was so much fun because she is so sweet and her kindness and love for her craft truly show. I would book her again without any hesitation.

  Melanie did my entire bridesmaids, mom and myself for our big day! When I first met Melanie at our trial appt, I knew she was the one. On our big day, she showed up in on the dot bright and early in the morning. She is extremely organized and had set out a timeline to keep you on track with your schedule. She’s soooo real and down to earth. Always ensuring that you are the star of the show on your big day. Always having our backs! I felt so beautiful and my hair lasted the entire night.   The best to ever do it

  I remember when Melanie first glammed me up. It was for my high school senior prom in 2010 and I swear she made me feel the most beautiful I’ve ever felt. My glam was flawless and exceeded my expectations. So when my husband proposed in 2022, I didn’t think twice about who I wanted to do my wedding glam. There was no need to inquire with any other artists. It had to be Melanie! My confidence in her was that high. And of course, my wedding glam was absolutely perfect. Not only is she the best at her craft, but she is the most heart warming person ever. As a shy introverted girly, she is sooo easy to talk to. Since my wedding, she has done my make up for my baby shower and maternity photos and I will continue going to her for all my future events! If you can’t tell, I just love her!!!

  Amazing!

  Melanie was super fun to work with, so incredibly sweet and talented girl!
  As a very indecisive bride, I was struggling between hair styles and she was like "trust me". And it did not disappoint!!! It exceeded my expectations and my hair held for the whole day of 12 hours, my makeup still looking fresh!
  My makeup was glam but subtle and I loved how she matched it to my existing lash extensions so I didn't need falsies, one of my original worries.

  Thank you for making me look my best on the most important day of my entire life! Melanie was my most favorite vendor to work with at my wedding. I booked a last minute trial just a couple days before the wedding and I had no doubt that I would look AMAZING on the most important day of my life. On the wedding day, I already felt so comfortable, as if I’ve known her forever! She made my wedding jitters disappear as soon as I sat in that chair. I even cried when she was all done because it all hit me at once.   Beautiful and Amazing

  Melanie is incredibly talented and super sweet. I did a hair/make up trial in November before my engagement photos. She instantly made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She knew exactly what to do for my look and I felt reassured throughout the entire process.
  
  I also booked Melanie for my wedding on April 30, 2022 for myself, bridesmaids, auntie, MOB, and MOG. She was very easy to reach and made the booking process easy. On the day of, she was on time with her assistant. She was very fast and efficient. She made sure that everyone was satisfied with their look and did a touch up, if needed.
