  Rented a boat for 4 hours. Meet Reuben prior to renting, he showed me the boat and then we talked to Captain Rick about what we would do the day we go out. The renting process was very smooth and professional. The boat was in very good condition and Captain Rick was experienced and very friendly with my Kids.
  Had a wonderful time. Saw sea lions, dolphins and one whale. Then anchored in Laguna and had a nice swim. 
  I will definitely use them again. I recommend taking it out for 5 hours minimum to get to enjoy it properly since it takes half an hour to leave the harbour and another half an hour to return,

  Perfect. Reuben responded quickly to our rental request, and the boat
  perfectly clean upon our arrival. The 2015 Sea Ray 260 was much newer
  and nicer than what you typically find in a rental fleet and even
  connected to our iPhone via Bluetooth so we could play our own music.
  Reuben took the time to go over everything on the boat and then helped
  us plan our itinerary. We spent a few hours touring the incredible
  harbor, had lunch on the boat, and then cruised down the coast to Laguna
  Beach and then Dana Point where we saw several grey whales! Afterwards,
  we made our way back to Newport and cruised into the marina at sunset.
  We will definitely rent from Reuben again.

  We rented an amazing boat from Captain Newport last week. What a great experience! Boat was fantastic! We chose the Formula and what a blast. Took it to Catalina Island for lunch. The boat is powerful, fully equipped and drives like a charm. Wasn't expecting such a nice boat from a rental online. Look forward to renting again next time we're in SoCal.

  My friends and I had a wonderful trip on the boat yesterday! We had a
  chance to see some sea lions and dolphins. The sunset in Newport Harbor
  is so beautiful! Also good red/white wine and cheese snacks were
  provided as a complimentary during our trip! The captain was great, it

  My husband and I and our two daughters rented the 2015 Sea Ray. It was
  such an amazing experience. My girls loved every minute of it and we
  even got to see seals and dolphins.
  
  It is a beautiful boat! New,
  fully loaded, easy to operate and exactly what I was looking for. Reuben
  personally met us and walked us through everything we needed even
  provided drinks for us. We brought food to have a picnic and the eight

  My family and I wanted to rent a boat to go out whale watching. We found
  the nicest boat for the price. It was beyond clean and the owner was
  super friendly. We rented the Sea Ray 2013 boat and it was in great
  condition. My husband manned the boat so we didn't need the captain and
  we went out to sea and luckily got to see whales and seals. It was the
  most amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Captain Newport
  for your future boat rental needs. It had all the amenities and I
  brought food on board for us. It was the perfect amount of time (8
  hours) to explore the ocean and even dock and swim to shore. We had so
  much fun and didn't want the day to end. I highly recommend using
  Captain Newport for any and all of your boat rental needs. They answered
  my email so quickly and were there to greet my family and I when we
  boarded. It was a smooth process and I can't wait for our next boating
  adventure. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! They have three boats so I'm excited
  to try the newest one 2015 in the weeks to come.

  Just rented for a bday party 7/12/2015. Rarely write reviews, but I had
  too on this occasion. Renting a boat has never been so easy. Ariel and
  his team did an excellent job. The boat was flawless. It has an amazing
  sound system, really upgraded exterior/interior, and super easy to
  navigate. There boat was ready to go the minute I got there. Great for
  an ocean cruise or just parking in the middle of the bay and relaxing.
  Ariel and his crew went above and beyond with service. I swear it was
  easier than renting a car. Thank guys, will be booking again soon.

  Ariel was
  great at communicating and the boat is beautiful. But at $715 plus gas
  for the day at $120 and captain charging $280 for 7 hours, it is well
  over a grand when all is said and done.
  
  The captain had very little knowledge of the boat and there were a few minor issues but overall it was relatively smooth.
  
  Expected more for the price we were paying, but can't complain too much because it was a busy holiday (4th of July).

  great rental with Ariel. This boat feels brand new... and the stereo is
  awesome. If you're looking to cruise around Newport in style, this boat
