I’d like to request a quick adjustment to our invoicing setup to help streamline our accounting and reporting on our end.
Moving forward, would it be possible for FIG to consolidate all services into a single final invoice? To help avoid any future confusion and keep our internal reporting accurate, we'd appreciate it if the final invoice could include:
An itemized breakdown of all individual services provided
Specific service dates (or service periods) for each itemized line
Having everything combined in one comprehensive document with these details will make our record-keeping and audit trail much smoother. -

The service man tried to diagnose my problem over the phone and charged me $75 for it. Their fix was simple that I could do it myself. I did it myself and the machine still doesn't work. What a waste of $75 for a phone diagnosis. $75 for over the phone diagnosis that doesn't work is a scam.
