I booked Ultravac at the Home and Renovation show to come and clean out our ducts. I would recommend these guys for the quality of work. I like how they show you the before, during and after photos to know what your ducts look like. I will be calling them back to come and clean our ducts out again.

The guy who came out was very friendly and professional. He provided videos and pictures of the before and afters and explained everything thoroughly. He got the job done in a very timely manner and left no trace; I called him the vent ninja. Overall very good experience.

The owner, Brad Jacobson, replied to my email right away even when it was already late at night. When I asked to get a schedule for duct cleaning, he booked me in right away.

On the day of service, the technician, Jeremy, was on time and very professional. He provided us with all the details of what he's doing including photos of before and after cleaning.

To add, the special promotion of $149.95 (max of 2000 sqft) for cleaning is a bargain!!!!

  I definitely recommend this company.

The guys came out within a couple days of contacting them and cleaned everything to brand new condition! I was shocked at the after pictures, they were incredible! I was very impressed with their ability to get things done quickly and the work that was performed! They have a customer for life in me!!

Brad and Jordan are the best people on the planet. They really care about their customers, their prices are not just fair but amazing. Other companies are charging 1k - 10k for mould fogging, and these guys are charging $100. They came back when my daughter had an allergic reaction to make sure we caught all of it (previous owners had a humidifer attached to the furnace) and redid the service for no additional charge. Honestly, if you need ducts cleaned, your furnace checked out, or you suspect you have a mould problem, call these guys. I won't deal with anyone else.

Great guys! Marcus and Jeremy came out to clean our ducts and dryer vent, and they did a great job! Honest and very personable. They got in and out without feeling rushed. They answered questions(that I'm sure they get with every service call) with courtesy. They explained clearly what they were doing and didn't try to upsell.

If you need your ducts or dryer vent cleaned, there isn't another company I could recommend more than Ultra Vac.

  Reliable, reasonable, professional and friendly.
Brad cleaned my air conditioning ACoil and his 2 man crew did the duct system.
Before and after pictures show the results.
The gas company told me I needed my A coil cleaned and Brad wondered how my a/c even continued to work.
Turned my heat on the other evening and there was next to none of that burning dust smell you get the 1st time you turn your heat on at then end of summer.
  Job well done!

Ultra vac did an amazing job. My house was so fresh after! I didn’t expect to notice a difference, but there is definitely a difference. Brad took the time to educate me on a couple maintenance tips, noticed that my hrv needed to be cleaned too and even to seal a leak that would have been costing me money. I was kept updated and had everything explained to me AND my house was exactly how I had left it. No finger prints, dust shoe tracks! It really showed how much he cares about his work and the families he is working for. Best service ever! Thank you for the amazing experience.
