I just wanted to thank you for having such a wonderful team! Your guys are awesome. They were so punctual, polite, accommodating, careful and efficient and made our first duct cleaning experience a breeze. We'll definitely recommend your company to our friends and neighbors! And hope to book with you again in a couple of years.
Ultra Ducts Cleaning provided two professional technicians, Jordan & Adam they were very pleasant and explained how they would conduct the cleaning of my ducts in my home. They provided beyond excellent service and l would recommend them to my family and friends. These are two extraordinary excellent great guys in your company.
Thank you so very much for your services.
Brad and his crew were very efficient & professional! They showed me before & after pics!! WOW!! my home is only 5 years old.. and they are shiner now than when I moved in!! Very Highly recommend!!
Brad was fantastic to work with.
Received an estimate quickly and was done with in a week after a go ahead was given. Very professional and a top notch job!
The best.
These guys were amazing! Not only did they honor a previous quote but they got back to me right away. The 2 guys that came out were so friendly and personable. They explained the process every step of the way so we knew what they were doing. They also take before and after pictures. There was no hidden costs or upselling. Given the fact that our ducts appeared to have never been cleaned they could have been schiesty but were not! I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitley be calling them in the future!
Great Service and priced out exactly as they said it would. We had called around to several other businesses for quotes, and this one we booked instantly when we called. Other companies seem to have a "base service fee" that only includes so much work done, and then you have to add up all the other vents/ducts/returns you have in your home... and they are all so different when you try to compare. To be honest, math isn't always our friend. It was nice to book with a company that had one fee to do ALL the work we wanted done. Absolutely no surprises, and they constantly explained what to expect next. Any time they came across something for us to consider, they walked us through the options and let us make the decision without pressure. Adam and Jeremy were incredibly friendly and experienced. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and met our budget. Really happy with Ultra Vac. Would 100% book again and will recommend to our neighbors.
Excellent service! Our ducts were cleaned by Matthieu and Greg and they were very professional, punctual and courteous. They arrived right on time when they promised and after a brief introduction, and thorough explanation of what will be done, they were right on it. They took extra care moving around with their equipment so they do not scratch or damage anything. Before and after pictures provided extra peace of mind that the job was well done and to our satisfaction were a very nice touch. Highly recommend this company for their punctuality and professionalism. If you are looking for a 100% peace of mind for your duct cleaning, look no further. Thank you for the job well done.
Very professional, friendly, and thorough with their cleaning. They were also very informative with their cleaning process and before/after photos. Thank you Brad and your team!
Excellent service with great price and friendly staff. Our furnace was serviced by Sean and Len who were both friendly, professional and explained their work in detail. The owner, Bradley Jacobson who I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment was great to deal with. He took the time to explain what to expect during my appointment.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I don't often write reviews but when I receive great service then I take the time to provide worthy feedback. Especially since I randomly picked out this company to service our furnace and clean our vents.
We had Ultra vac out today to clean our ducts. Beyond professional is all I can say. They were prompt and went straight to the job at hand, no fooling around. Very friendly and professional group of guys. Supplied before and after pictures and honestly what an amazing difference, cleaner than I actually expected them to look. Honestly, I’m a fussy person and rate any work done with 100% honesty. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER, you definitely need to book with this Company trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.

The guys who came today were awesome! Very professional, kind and friendly. They were very cautious, yet efficient. I was kept posted on what was going on during the whole process and felt confident and comfortable in what they were doing. Highly recommend them!
These people are very professional! We contacted them to do duct cleaning for a house we just purchased! It took them an hour and 15 mins longer than anticipated as the house had nasty vents! It had not been cleaned since 1998!! They did not charge us extra even if it took them longer time to have the duct cleaned! They did an amazing job! They are very thorough and very professional! You get value for your money with Ultra Vac! I would recommend them to all my families and friends! Good job Ultra Vac Team!
