I was recommended to Ultravac by my regular AC/furnace maintenance man. I was sure they were going to be good because of how highly this guy spoke of them. I was pleasantly surprised to experience that they were better than expected!

The guys were really helpful and pleasant to talk to. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed before (Yuck!) and after (clean!) pictures of the ducts. They cleaned up after themselves well too.

If I could give a 6 star review, I would!

No extra charges, even to come out to our cottage in the whiteshell. The before and after pictures were helpful, before was pretty gross but the after were shiny clean. Theres been considerably less dust since they were done.
Will definately use them again and highly recommend.

If you need to have your ducts cleaned these are the only guys you should be going to. Our ducts were atrocious! I mean seriously bad! And these guys took the time to make sure they were cleaned thoroughly and properly. They didn’t just rush through it, they were here at 9 for the appointment, and spent an extra 4 hours on top of what they thought it should’ve taken. They genuinely cared about doing a good job and weren’t leaving till it was beautiful. Despite how bad our ducts were they didn’t add additional fees like I think most companies would have. Plus they were so friendly and personable! Will definitely be using these guys again in the future! Thanks Jordan and Lenn!

Brad and his crew did a fantastic job on a challenging rental property for me. The building had never had its vents cleaned before and while the job was likely more than anticipated, Brad honored his quote. My tenants were very happy with minimal inconvenience for them during the process. I would highly recommend Ultra Vac.

Truly a fabulous service. The professionalism of the technicians , they were personable and very respectful. The quality of work was beyond our expectations. Brad was very helpful and understanding when I accidentally gave the wrong address, and sorted it immediately. We will be referring and using this company many times over.

I had Jordan from Ultravac come to my home to clean my ducts. As a new homeowner, I did not know what I was doing or what was involved. Jordan, made everything so simple, clear and informative. He communicated with me through text as I was at work and couldn't be home for the service. Not a lot of companies will do this! He sent me before and after pictures and I could tell him and his crew genuinely care about their customers and, take a great deal of pride in their work. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know who needs a "furnace guy". Not to mention the service you receive for the cost is AMAZING. Like none other! Thank you so much Ultravac & team!

They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They handled both of my large puppies very well and made sure they didn’t get out of the yard while doing set up. Before and after pictures were fantastic. Absolutely will be recommending them and using their services again.

We had Ultra Vac out to our rural home. From the communication with booking the appt. to the actual cleaning it was a great experience. The gentlemen were kind, and polite. We were apprehensive about additional charges once they were complete what we were quoted is what we paid. They were very tidy and no mess was left once they were complete. They showed us before and after pictures and were very adaptable working around the kids who just 'wanted to see'. I recommend Ultra Vac to anyone looking for Duct Cleaning.

Just happened to be home when ULTRAVAC was cleaning the neighbors ducts. Spoke to Bradley (owner) while he was in the process and said he could do our ducts right after. Aside from the polite and courteous service, what I really liked was the proof in the pudding. He showed me the before and after pictures of some of the ducts he cleaned. Felt good to actually see what my money was purchasing. Great value for the money spent.

I was extremely impressed with the full experience I had with Ultra Vac. I was able to book an appointment painlessly using Kijiji (how I wanted). They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Having dealt with other duct cleaning services, the industry is about low package price and nickel and dining for everything humanly possible. In most cases, you either get a good price or good service, rarely both. This wasn't the case with Ultra Vac as their pricing and service were both exceptional. I will have no hesitation calling them back in the future.
