Ultra Vac came out quickly, were very courteous and friendly, took their time and they’re price was “very” reasonable and fair! Then, when I still had some confusing dust issues going on, they came back out, along with, I assume, the owner (all of them were wonderful and caring), and redid everything, no extra charge, no questions asked and once again, they booked it in the very next day!!! I still don’t understand why I had such a huge dust issue all of a sudden and of course some is still settling, but I’m hoping we’re good to go now. BUT, hold your hat, I was also told if I still had issues, they would come back again to make sure I was happy!!
I highly recommend this company and won’t leave it so long next time. Thank you to the Ultra Vac team, see ya next time!!

From the first phone call, (who turned out to be Brad the owner), I got a very good feeling, and first impression of this business. My needs were quikcly addressed, and had people show up first things the following Monday. The 2 guys that showed up were just amazing. Very happy with the service, and would highly recommend! it is so refreshing to see actually!

Excellent quality of work. Jeremy and Sean did not leave till they were able to figure out the problem and that they did!! . I Highly recommend Ultra Vac! Very thorough and did everything with no hidden costs.
A big thanks to Brad and his team for easing my mind after having horrible experiences with previous duct companies.
You take customers seriously and that’s very hard to find these days.

Sean and Jeremy came to my house and we’re able to find the problem others couldnt. They did not give up!! They were very friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. We had a couple good laughs pulling toys, slippers, coins out of the vents.
My initial call to Brad was easy going and he understood my concerns about the problems I had and would get all the fire extinguisher dust out for good.

I highly recommend this company and will use them again. The price was right and I’m very very happy with the service today!! Thanks sooo much guys!!

Fantastic experience. The two gentlemen who came to clean my ducts were very nice, honest, and trustworthy. They provided me with more than enough information to make an informed decision on extras that I could opt for, and even encouraged me to do my own research instead of just taking their word for it.

It was a great experience and an amazing value. I'm very glad I went with this company and had my vents cleaned. Thank you guys!

Just finished having a duct cleaning performed by Reid and Len, two of the nicest guys you could have in your home. The work was thorough, efficient and right on quote. They even showed us photos as the work progressed .
They didn't try to hard sell any unnecessary "upgrades" and were honest about what needed to be done or not. Thank you gentlemen for your great work.
**It's worth noting that they were both very patient with our young pup who wouldn't stop barking at them for the first while. In the end, they became friends !

I had made an appointment with a competitor (5star furnace) and had them call me on holiday Monday telling me the could not come out and had to reschedule for a day I was working because they didn't have another job in my area. I googled around and messaged and called leaving a good few messages. One company replied to my messages so I set an appointment up with Brad for the Tuesday at 10 am. The day after a holiday. Reid and Len showed up,on time with a smile and masks. They were very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this company! Reid was showing me pictures of my disgusting vents with pictures he took right in front of my wife and I. Then they did thier job cleaning and took another picture with me standing there. What an amazing difference. Thank you so much for saving the wasted day after the other shop dropped the ball. It was very nice to not be upsold on services I didn't need.

Rating this company with only five stars seems inadequate! Reid and Len were absolutely great guys, polite, knowledgeable and efficient! Pricing was great! The owner Brad, was one of the nicest people to speak with, he was very kind and answered all my questions about the specific job! My entire family will now use this company going forward! Pricing was great! Job well done!! Anyone who is looking to have this work done, look no further, these are the guys to call 100%!
Thank you....Brad,Len and Reid! Keep doing what you’re doing!!
