We contacted Ultravac to have our ducts cleaned and the service they provided has been excellent. The team Adam and Charles (Chuck) were running a little late, calling to inform us and arriving shortly after our scheduled time and were very apologetic. Adam thoroughly explained the process they would be providing, while Chuck began setting up the equipment. Adam offered sanitizing the system at an extra cost but we never felt any pressure to purchase this service. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Both Adam & Chuck were very pleasant & professional in their interactions with us & in our opinion provided us with a quality service they could be extremely proud of. We feel we received exceptional value & would not hesitate recommending UltraVac and in particular Adam and Chuck to service & clean your Duct system.

Right from the start, it was a great experience. Brad Organized and arranged the service explaining what would be done. Reid and Len showed up on time and were pleasant to chat with and very thorough explaining the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already recommended them to family. A+ service, great company and best pricing!

5-Star experience! UltraVac has excellent customer service practices throughout the whole booking and service call process. Brad, the owner, is so knowledgeable and super friendly in booking an appointment, which includes a night before service confirmation phone call! Jeremy & Brad, who came to do the duct cleaning, were prompt, courteous and friendly. They arrived on time, respected physical distancing & mask wearing practices, and tidied up before leaving. I also appreciated the before & after photos of our ducts. Superb work at a reasonable price! Will definite recommend UltraVac to family & friends!

From my research, Ultravac provided by far the most competitive prices in Winnipeg for duct cleaning services. Before setting up appointment, their senior engineer was very responsive to my questions. They were very flexible when scheduling an appointment and were able to get a crew over to my house in just a few days. The technicians were punctual, courteous and worked very efficiently. I was surprised at how fast they got the job done. The lead technician took the time to walk us through the work they did, and showed us high resolution before-and-after photos for proof. He also recommended an additional anti-microbial service based on the observed condition of our ducts. Although I'm normally cautious about the salesman routine, the technician clearly showed us the reasoning behind his recommendation and offered us a deal on the already competitively priced additional service. All-in-all, we were more than pleased with the professionalism and quality of service from Ultravac!

My neighbor even came over with questions and they were more then happy to chat with her and get her an appointment as well. The price was also very reasonable.
